About Me Kristin Kurtz has spent almost 20 years as a health care consultant and coach focusing on wellness and prevention for organizations and individuals. In her coaching work, Kristin, a licensed HeartMath™ practitioner, specializes in stress management, emotional eating issues, enhancing intuition and creativity and optimizing personal well-being and performance. As a health care consultant to organizations, Kristin has worked with companies ranging from Fortune 50 corporations to small non-profit organizations. She has extensive experience in the areas of employee assistance, wellness and organizational health programs. Kristin is currently a consultant with New Heights Group, and works with hospitals across the country in the areas of strategic planning and program development. Kristin holds a Masters of Health Care Administration and a B.S. in Biology, both from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
