  • Description Systems In Sync provides consulting services for educational, nonprofit, and governmental organizations applying a systems thinking approach. Systems thinking is the study of system structure and behavior. It involves looking at the whole organization rather than breaking it down into its individual parts. In doing so, organizations uncover key interrelationships and patterns of behavior that are driving the system. Systems thinking digs deep to reveal root causes and create effective solutions. Systems In Sync offers the following services: strategic planning, organization development, board and leadership development, team building, community and civic engagement, meeting facilitation, Policy Governance implementation, and program design, implementation, and evaluation.
