About Me
I am the principal consultant of Practicum Limited, a Toronto-based consulting firm specializing in public consultation and facilitation. My work, for close to 30 years, has focused on involving people and communities in decisions that affect their lives and on ways that citizens can contribute to enhancing democracy. I am on the Advisory Committee of NCDD, the Executive Committee of the Deliberative Democracy Consortium, and the Board of Directors of Prevent Cancer Now! I hold a Master's Degree in Environmental Education, with a special interest in women, health and environment. Alongside my consulting practice, I co-chaired the first ever Canadian Conference on Dialogue and Deliberation, and now co-chair the Canadian Community for Dialogue and Deliberation (C2D2).
We wanted to create one group that every NCDD member is a part of, so we can provide a space where all members can take part in discussions here in the members network.
