This role is ideal for a values-driven changemaker who excels in building cross-sector partnerships, championing pluralism, and amplifying impact through storytelling and strategic communications. In this shared leadership model, the Co-Executive Director will work closely with a peer Co-ED to guide the organization’s vision, strategy, and operations. This position is specifically responsible for leading New Pluralists’ outward-facing strategies—cultivating ecosystem partnerships, strengthening the case for pluralism in public discourse, and stewarding our approach to measurement, learning, and evaluation (MLE). The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator, strategic thinker, and collaborative leader who brings a deep commitment to equity, bridge-building, and systems-level change. Candidates should have at least 10 years of senior leadership experience in philanthropy, movement-building, or related sectors; a demonstrated ability to engage diverse funders and stakeholders; and experience working in collaborative or co-leadership models.
