This full-time role will design and implement a community engagement framework grounded in trust, equity, and connection—core values of the Weave mission. The Community Manager will oversee the successful integration of our Learning Center and migration to a new online platform (Mighty Networks), while fostering a supportive digital space for community leaders and “weavers” across the country. Responsibilities include facilitating member engagement, moderating conversations, developing learning experiences, managing events, and using data insights to enhance member satisfaction. Ideal candidates bring at least five years of experience in online community management, a collaborative and entrepreneurial spirit, and a deep commitment to social impact. Experience in facilitation, adult learning, and working with mission-driven teams is a plus.
