Position Overview:
Democracy Works, a nonpartisan nonprofit dedicated to helping Americans vote with confidence, is seeking a Corporate Engagement Manager to join the Civic Alliance team—an initiative uniting over 1,300 businesses in support of a strong democracy.

In this role, you will support member companies in launching civic engagement programs, research and onboard new partners, and collaborate across teams to produce meaningful, nonpartisan content. Your efforts will help build a culture of corporate civic responsibility, contributing to broader efforts for democratic participation and equity.

Ideal candidates will have 4+ years of experience in corporate social responsibility, partnership development, or customer success. You should be comfortable managing relationships, navigating a fast-paced environment, and aligning corporate engagement with strategic goals. Strong communication skills, data tracking, and experience with tools like HubSpot and Asana are highly valued. A passion for civic engagement and inclusive dialogue is essential.
