This role focuses on donor operations, donor cultivation, and impact tracking to ensure that RDI can grow its network of supporters and sustain its work defending democracy worldwide. The Development Coordinator will manage RDI’s donor database, create donor communications, support high-level fundraising events, and collaborate closely with senior leadership to advance new fundraising initiatives. The ideal candidate brings at least three years of nonprofit development or equivalent experience, strong CRM and data management skills, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
