Institute for Citizens & Scholars Role Title: Donor Engagement Coordinator Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus generous benefits package Location: Primarily Remote (Headquarters in Princeton, NJ; occasional visits required) Link to Apply: https://www.citizensandscholars.org/careers Position Overview: The Donor Engagement Coordinator will support the development team in cultivating and nurturing relationships with the organization’s philanthropic contributors. This role involves creating compelling donor communications, coordinating stewardship initiatives, and assisting with fundraising events to ensure that donors understand the impact of their contributions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, mission-driven, and skilled at building relationships across a diverse range of stakeholders. Responsibilities include producing donor reports, maintaining CRM systems, planning special events, developing communications and video content, and supporting the team in fundraising systems and strategy. Candidates should have strong written and verbal communication skills, nonprofit development experience, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment while occasionally traveling to Princeton, NJ.
