The Executive Director will guide organizational strategy, strengthen internal infrastructure, and scale Builders’ impact beginning in Texas and ultimately nationwide. Reporting to the Board of Directors and working closely with founder Daniel Lubetzky, the ED will translate vision into actionable strategy, set clear goals, and establish systems of accountability. Key responsibilities include overseeing program implementation, managing a growing team of 15, fostering partnerships across civic, community, and policy spaces, and ensuring measurable impact in areas such as citizen assemblies, voter engagement, and civic accountability.
