Position Overview:
Builders Network is a civic movement dedicated to combating the toxic polarization threatening our democracy and helping Americans rediscover the power of working together across differences. We are seeking a bold, grounded, and entrepreneurial Executive Director to lead the organization through its next chapter of growth, transforming early momentum into national impact.

The Executive Director will guide organizational strategy, build internal infrastructure, and deepen the organization’s impact on the ground. This includes overseeing programs such as Citizen Solutions, Primary Mobilization, and Builders Rankings, while fostering inclusive collaboration across diverse communities. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, strategic thinking, and nonprofit management experience, along with a deep commitment to civic engagement and collaborative problem-solving.

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director will work closely with leadership to translate ideas into strategy, prioritize organizational goals, and ensure measurable outcomes. This hands-on role requires the ability to operate with discipline and decisiveness while nurturing creativity, innovation, and community-centered approaches to civic engagement.
