MDF seeks an innovative and engaging Executive Director to lead the organization in building and organizing a diverse community of funders and partners aligned on intersectional issues. Reporting to the Board of Advisors, the Executive Director will develop and guide strategic initiatives, strengthen partnerships, and serve as the primary liaison with funding partners.
