Fellow - Civic Bridgers

Civic Bridgers offers a year-long Fellowship (August 2026 - August 2027) for early-career professionals to serve as AmeriCorps VISTA members in nonprofit organizations or government offices, building capacity and bridging divides through community-engagement activities. The program includes a week-long orientation, over 80 hours of Inclusive Leadership training focused on intercultural communication and conflict navigation, bi-weekly professional development on common humanity, intellectual humility, and shared accountability, and a capstone project. This is an entry-level position requiring no previous job experience, seeking candidates with curiosity, growth mindset, teamwork, community orientation, accountability, and leadership skills who are at least 18 years old, authorized to work in the U.S., and able to commit to 35 hours per week.
