Fellows will contribute primarily to communications efforts, including designing social media strategies, drafting public communications (op-eds, pitch decks, posts), and engaging audiences in government and civil society. Secondary responsibilities include program and research support, such as analyzing trends in democratic reform, stakeholder mapping, and assisting with materials and logistics for conferences and convenings. Candidates should be collaborative, proactive, and aligned with FIDE’s values of dialogue, equity, and innovation in democracy. This position begins Monday, September 8, 2025, requires 6–8 hours of work per week, and offers a hybrid work environment with regular office check-ins.
