Position Overview:
Sonoma State University seeks a visionary leader to serve as the inaugural Manager for the Center for Restorative Practices. This transformative role will design and implement campus-wide restorative practices programs, facilitate meaningful dialogues, and lead strategic initiatives that foster a culture of accountability, connection, and community. Reporting to the Associate Vice President for Title IX, Equal Opportunity and Dispute Resolution, the ideal candidate will bring strong facilitation skills, expertise in restorative practices, and a commitment to equity and inclusion.

The successful candidate will provide leadership in designing and implementing restorative programs, facilitating conferences and community-building circles, leading strategic planning efforts, and supporting individuals navigating sensitive processes.
