Position Overview:
The Every Voice Coalition's Next Generation Leaders Fellowship (NGLF) is a 9-week summer program designed to empower college students to become effective leaders in the anti-sexual violence movement. Fellows receive advanced civic engagement training and one-on-one mentorship while working to draft and file legislation that supports student survivors in their states. This fellowship provides hands-on experience in legislative advocacy, movement building, and leadership development, enabling students to address systemic inequities through policy change. The program has a proven track record of success, with fellows contributing to the passage of Every Voice Laws in 11 states.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and file legislation that supports student survivors in your state
• Build relationships with state legislators through direct engagement

• Cultivate leadership abilities through hands-on practice and mentorship
