The role involves scheduling CDI Educators for partner workshops, serving as primary contact between Educators and partners, coordinating participant communications, updating and maintaining program materials and data across platforms like Airtable, HubSpot, and Asana, supporting management and improvement of systems related to live program delivery, and collaborating with Growth, Education, and Culture Change teams. Candidates should have 1-2 years of professional experience in project management, operations, or program support, strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, and experience with tools like Google Suite, Zoom, HubSpot, Asana, and Airtable.
