Position Overview:
Resetting the Table (RTT) is seeking a detail-oriented, mission-aligned Program Associate to support the planning and delivery of transformative dialogue programs across the U.S. This role is an integral part of RTT’s Program Management team, ensuring a smooth and meaningful experience for participants by coordinating logistics, managing data systems, and supporting live events.

The Program Associate will work closely with program staff to prepare materials, facilitate communications, and provide live support during virtual and in-person sessions. Candidates should be highly organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about dialogue across divides. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic, growing nonprofit that helps communities confront polarization and build stronger relationships across difference.
