Position Overview:
Wabash College invites applications for a Program Associate to support the Wabash Democracy and Public Discourse (WDPD) initiative. This civic engagement-focused position reports to the Director of WDPD and will involve coordinating community dialogue events, supporting student training, and managing program logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative duties including scheduling, recordkeeping, and program organization.
• Planning and executing civic engagement events both on- and off-campus.
• Supervising and scheduling undergraduate students involved in deliberation projects.
• Handling logistics, financial and grant reporting, and other assigned tasks.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience or interest in deliberation, civic engagement, and community outreach.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently or as part of a team.
