The Program Director will oversee the transition from strategic planning to full implementation—building and managing a cross-partisan coalition, coordinating advocacy at both state and federal levels, and guiding efforts to pass a package of Constitutional amendments. This senior leadership role requires at least 10 years of experience in national campaign management, coalition building, and bipartisan advocacy. The Program Director will guide this effort from planning to execution, managing a 50-state and federal campaign strategy to pass a package of Constitutional amendments. This role will focus on growing and mobilizing a national cross-partisan coalition, coordinating advocacy to drive amendments through Congress, and supporting state partners in preparing for ratification. The successful candidate will have experience in national campaign management, coalition building, bipartisan advocacy, and strategic foresight. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of experience leading large-scale advocacy or democracy reform efforts, working across political divides, and managing diverse networks of national and state-based organizations.
