Position Overview:
The Constructive Dialogue Institute (CDI) is seeking a dedicated Program Manager to lead project management, data tracking, and platform support for our programs. Reporting to the Director of Program Implementation, this role will support the implementation of CDI’s tools and resources across colleges, universities, and other sectors, ensuring that programs run smoothly and effectively.

The Program Manager will coordinate cross-functional efforts, maintain accurate data systems, generate performance reports, and identify opportunities for process improvement. The ideal candidate has experience in program coordination, data management, or nonprofit operations, strong project management skills, proficiency with CRM tools like HubSpot, and excellent communication abilities. A commitment to fostering constructive dialogue, equity, and collaboration is essential.
