Unite America seeks a dynamic and analytical Prospect Research Manager to join our Investor Relations team. This full-time role is pivotal to fueling a cross-partisan, philanthropic movement committed to revitalizing American democracy. The Prospect Research Manager will lead day-to-day operations of our prospect pipeline — sourcing, researching, qualifying, and maintaining high-potential donor leads — to ensure the success of our fundraising strategy.

This individual will collaborate across departments to develop prospect insights, create donor briefings, and manage data systems, enabling our team to scale investment in election reform.
