Senior Director, Development - Campus Connect (Apply by March 16th!)

​Campus Compact seeks a Senior Director, Development to design, implement, and lead the organization's comprehensive fundraising strategy to secure financial sustainability and growth during a period of significant expansion. The role involves developing a multi-year strategic development plan, building out an individual giving program targeting five-to-seven-figure gifts, fostering relationships with foundation program officers and private philanthropy leaders, supervising and building the development team, including hiring a manager, and overseeing major gifts, corporate and foundation relations, stewardship, special events, and annual giving. Candidates should have 10+ years of progressive fundraising experience with a proven track record securing major gifts/grants, 3-5+ years supervising development staff, strong strategic thinking and financial literacy, proficiency in donor management software like Salesforce, and the ability to travel 15-25%.
