Position Overview:
The Interactivity Foundation (IF) seeks a strategic, mission-driven Senior Operations Manager to lead the modernization and streamlining of our internal systems and processes. This role is pivotal to advancing our work by ensuring our operations run efficiently, sustainably, and in alignment with our democratic values. The Senior Operations Manager will collaborate closely with our governance team, oversee financial and compliance functions, and support programmatic effectiveness. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker with strong nonprofit operations experience, a passion for continuous improvement, and a commitment to inclusive civic engagement.

The role includes occasional travel to our office in Parkersburg, WV and direct supervision of our Office Manager.
