This high-impact leadership role focuses on building cross-partisan coalitions, activating grass tops leaders, and expanding a national grassroots base through innovative digital engagement. The ideal candidate will have experience in movement leadership, coalition-building, and grassroots mobilization. Working closely with Issue One’s CEO, COO, and TCAD Steering Committee, the VP will design long-term strategies for member and supporter engagement, manage high-stakes relationships with influential stakeholders, and ensure measurable impact across both elite and grassroots communities.
