The role involves developing, planning, and overseeing execution of all RDL-affiliated programs, events, and workshops on campus, working with the RDL Director to set and implement strategic agenda, serving as primary liaison to academic, administrative, and external partners including faculty, deans, nonprofits, and government officials, managing operational budgets and grant administration, supervising professional staff including Fellows and Graduate Assistants, and ensuring all operations adhere to university policies and compliance requirements. Candidates should have a master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field, a minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in program management, nonprofit administration, or higher education administration, demonstrated experience in strategic and operational planning, proven budget oversight and grant administration skills, and excellent communication and stakeholder relationship abilities.
