The role involves overseeing all aspects of fundraising from strategy through execution, hiring and supervising a Development Manager, maintaining and refining development systems and CRM processes, overseeing foundation pipeline and grant cycles, building and stewarding a pipeline of high-net-worth individual donors, preparing the CEO for donor conversations, and partnering with Communications and Programs teams to engage donors. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree or comparable experience with at least 8 years of professional experience, demonstrated ability to oversee fundraising for an organization with a $3-8 million budget, 5-7 years of progressive development experience with strong major gifts or grant writing background, proficiency with Google Suite, fundraising CRMs like Bloomerang, and project management software.
