Associate Program Officer - Climate Resilience Fund

The Associate Program Officer (APO) at the Climate Resilience Fund (CRF) will play a key role in supporting the Climate Smart Communities Initiative (CSCI) and advancing CRF’s broader mission to build equitable climate resilience for communities and ecosystems. Working remotely and reporting to the Managing Director, the APO will coordinate program operations, manage grants, track progress and outcomes, and engage with partners, funders, and stakeholders. The role also involves developing communications content, organizing convenings, and contributing to fundraising and reporting efforts. Ideal candidates will have experience in climate adaptation or environmental resilience, strong communication and organizational skills, and a demonstrated commitment to equity and collaboration in addressing climate challenges.
