The 2024 Aicher Impact Award, honoring Everyday Democracy’s founder Paul J. Aicher, celebrates organizations advancing inclusive, multiracial democracy. Two winners, selected through public voting, will each receive a $5,000 cash prize, a physical award, and public recognition. This year’s finalists include Alliance for Felix Cove, College Access for Non-Citizens, Generation Common Good, Hella Good Deeds, and San Francisco Village. Voting is open now until December 6, with winners announced on December 10. Any organization with 501(c)3 status in the United States and a budget under $2M will be eligible to be nominated. Nominees’ work should embody at least three of Everyday Democracy’s organizational values:
