The National Coalition for Dialogue & Deliberation (NCDD) is now accepting applications for our Fall 2025 Internship Cohort, beginning the week of September 29th! Open to anyone eager to grow professionally and make an impact, these fully remote internships offer hands-on experience in communications, democracy engagement, digital systems, grant writing, membership engagement, and program development. Whether you’re looking to gain professional experience, build new skills, or deepen your connection to the dialogue and deliberation field, our internships offer a unique opportunity to be part of a national coalition working to advance dialogue, deliberation, and collaborative engagement.

💡 You do not need to be currently enrolled in school to apply—our internships are open to anyone eager to make an impact and grow professionally.

Available Internship Opportunities

We are currently offering six remote internship opportunities:

• Communications Intern – Help amplify NCDD’s voice through blog posts, social media, newsletters, and resource curation.
• Democracy Engagement Intern – Support civic participation initiatives like our Practitioner Mobilization for Democracy through outreach and storytelling.
• Digital Systems Intern – Assist with NCDD’s digital transformation, including membership portal development, CRM cleanup, and web integration.
• Grant Writing Intern – Research funding opportunities, draft proposals, and support NCDD’s fundraising efforts.
• Membership Engagement Intern – Connect with members, support renewals, maintain databases, and grow our vibrant network.
• Program Development Intern – Support event logistics, programming communications, and member call coordination.
