The P-10 Facilitation Training is a rare chance to learn directly from Sandra Janoff and Michael Donnelly, co-directors of the Future Search Network. About the FacilitatorsSandra Janoff is one of the few leaders still actively working who launched the great era of experimentation with whole systems change work that transforms how groups come together and move forward. She has been an influential teacher to many dialogue and deliberation practitioners, particularly in her approach to identifying and engaging the full system of stakeholders. Michael Donnelly, based in Northern Ireland, has been working with Future Search for 25 years. He was introduced to this methodology when it became instrumental in rebuilding civil society during the time of the Good Friday Peace Agreement.
