We are thrilled to announce that Keiva Hummel has stepped into the role of Executive Director of the National Coalition for Dialogue & Deliberation (NCDD) at the beginning of June. Keiva has been an invaluable member of NCDD for nearly a decade, actively contributing to our mission of fostering inclusive and effective dialogue and deliberation. We're also delighted to share that Courtney Breese, our beloved former Executive Director, will continue to support Keiva and NCDD as Director Emeritus during this transition, ensuring a seamless handover and continuity in our work. Keiva has hit the ground running with a range of new initiatives aimed at strengthening and expanding NCDD's impact. She is committed to forging new partnerships and reinforcing existing ones to increase NCDD’s visibility within our field and to broader audiences. Growing our membership base is a top priority, with a focus on enhancing inclusivity and diversity, and providing our members with new opportunities to contribute and amplify their work. Additionally, securing major funding through grants, sponsorships, and fundraising campaigns is crucial to support our ambitious goals and ensure NCDD becomes a thriving, well-funded organization. We invite all our members, partners, and the wider community to join us in these exciting efforts.
