This includes co-creating and curating curriculum, hosting virtual and in-person workshops, planning and facilitating learning cohorts, and ensuring effective knowledge sharing and peer support among hub builders. Since many of these learning opportunities will be novel, the Manager will be responsible for collaborating with team members and partners to stand them up and for ensuring their subsequent evolution. At this time, the Manager will not be a direct supervisor of any staff, but will be responsible for facilitating the activities of the Civic Hub Learning Team. As a result, the Manager will play a key role in accelerating the growth, development, and effectiveness of Civic Hubs nationwide.
