About the Role
As the Associate Director responsible for the Social Enterprise at SFU's Morris J. Wosk Centre for Dialogue, you will design and deliver public participation projects funded by grants and government clients while maximizing social impact and ensuring ongoing financial sustainability. This position will combine the hard work and pragmatism of a consulting practice with the satisfaction of facilitating meaningful participation by those residents and groups most impacted by policy issues. Parking your own political beliefs will be essential as you hold space for others to express diverse viewpoints. The ideal candidate will be relationship driven with strong team leadership and project management skills. Someone who embraces the fact that 'no day is the same' and thrives in a dynamic, client-focused work environment.
