The Interactive Program Design & Delivery workshop offered by NCDD Member Organization, The Public Square Academy (PSA), is an eight-week program designed to assist participants in creating interactive educational programs for delivery through the PSA platform. Participants will learn to develop various interactive educational programs, such as self-paced courses, workshops, and virtual events, while understanding the importance of interactivity and overcoming participation barriers. NCDD member, Chris Anderson, recently shared the following opportunity with NCDD - Wabash College announces a one-year post-doctoral Fellowship in Dialogue and Deliberation beginning July 1, 2024. Applicants are welcome from diverse academic backgrounds; however, the candidate’s teaching and research should connect the intersections of dialogue and deliberation, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. NCDD Network Partner, NAFCM - the National Association for Community Mediation and The JAMS Foundation announced the 2024-2026 funding focus on violence intervention. Funding will support 5 communities with up to $30,000 over two years and executive support, to assist local communities in developing comprehensive approaches to preventing and responding to hate-driven violence, strengthen existing violence prevention ecosystems, and more. The Interactivity Foundation is a small nonprofit operating foundation whose mission is to strengthen our democracy through the use of a small-group discussion process to explore diverse perspectives and generate an expanding set of divergent possibilities for addressing complex areas of concern.
